As an Automotive Customer Service Representative with Christian Brothers Automotive, you are the person that our customers look to when they need help with their vehicle. You are the person that our customers see every time they make an investment into their vehicle, because of these reasons you play a large role in building relationships with our customers.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Desire to learn automotive repair service terminology and processesCheck customers in and outAnswer phone calls and schedule appointmentsProviding safe shuttle service for our valued guestsTreating our guests with the utmost respect under all circumstances and with a heart consistent with Christian BrothersAssisting the shop with receiving, processing, incoming and outgoing parts and other errands as neededKeep the facility clean and organizedDirect, coordinate, and participate in performing guest service activities as dictated by workloadServe as a community ambassador for the store through creating authentic relationships and partnershipsPresent the best solution to properly repair our customer’s vehicle in a way that is easy for them to understandAssist team in consistently and effectively selling our services without jeopardizing honesty and integrityMaintain a positive attitude and team atmosphere at all timesCommunicate on the phone in a clear professional mannerFollow all safety policies and proceduresOther duties as assigned
